1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked1 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth4 fl oz Water0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.2 tsp smoked paprika 0.1 tsp Onion powder 0.1 tsp Garlic powder1 cup Peas, frozen0.25 cup Water chestnuts slices, drained
combine first seven ingredients into rice steamer. Steam rice for 30 minutes. While rice is cooking, parboil peas. When rice is finished cooking, add peas and drained water chestnut slices. Serve with a bit of pickled ginger on the side, if preferred.
