Raspberry Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
2 cups fat free cottage cheese2 cups raspberries fresh or frozen (thawed)1 Tbsp sugar1 (4 serving) Jell-O sugar free raspberry gelatin1 cup Cool Whip Free1/4 cup (1oz) Chopped pecans
Directions
In a large bowl, place raspberries add sugar (let stand for 5 minutes) add cottage cheese. Stir in dry gelatin. Fold in Cool Whip and pecans. Cover & refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
Serves 8 (2/3 cup)
