Ingredients
1 Banana1 Apple (Gala)100 g seedless green grapes125 g Blueberries (frozen)125 g Raspberries (frozen)2-2.5 cups of water1-2 tsp of fresh ginger root (optional)
Directions
Cut the fruits into smaller pieces and put them in the blender with the berries. Optional: Grate the ginger root and add it to the blender. Add water according to your preference. Blend
