shrimp curry mixed rice

Ingredients
Shrimp, cooked, 2 oz *Brown Rice, long grain, .3 cup Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced *Coconut Milk by Goya (2 oz.), 1 serving Baby Spinach (raw), 1 cupcurry powder 1 tbsturmeric 1 tspSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
dice your zucchini and cook it until soft add spinach curry powder and turmeric stir , if it is to dry add half cup of water , add shrimp let it warm up all the way . add your rice (already cooked with water ) . I add cayenne pepper but it is optional enjoy
