Monkey Bread (without cinnamon & sugar)

1 pkg rapid rise yeast5.5 Cups of flour1.5 tsp of salt0.25 cup sugar1 cup of warm milk0.5 cup of warm water0.5 cup of melted butter3 lg eggs-beaten
1. In a large bowl mix yeast, 3 cups of flour, salt, and sugar.
2.Beat in the warm milk, warm water, melted butter, and beaten eggs.
3. Continueing to beat the dough add in the remaining (2.5 cups) flour. May have to add the last amount by hand. Try to use the beaters as long as possible.
4. Knead for a few mins, then let rest for 10 mins.
5. Flatten to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into 2 inch squares (i used a glass to do this)
6. Place in greased bunt pan (i made 3 layers)
7. Cover and let rise in warm place till dough has doulbed in size (about an 1 hour)
8. Bake in 375F oven for approx 45 mins
9. Turn out on rack to cool and ENJOY!
Serving Size: makes 24 2 inch pieces
