Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
Directions
1lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts1 tbsp. sesame oil1 medium onion (diced)1 large pepper (any color)1 cup fresh pineapple chunks2 tbsp. orange marmalade (or hot pepper jelly if available)1tsp hot pepper flakes (to taste)
Cut up chicken, peppers, onion, and pinapple
Heat sesame oil in large skillet or wok
Brown Chicken in pan with onions (5-7 minutes)
Add in peppers and pinapple (cook for another 5-7 minutes)
Finally add marmalade and red pepper flakes
Saute for another 3-4 minutes until everything jelly melts and coats chicken and veggies.
Serve over rice.
