Ingredients
2 tenderized pork cutlets1 cup flour1 eggsalt to tastepepper to tastepaprika about a Tbs.garlic powder about a Tbs.canola oil to cover bottom of a cast iron skillet
Directions
tenderized cutlets
mix dry ingredients and set aside
whip egg for egg wash
dredge cutlets in flour, then in egg, then again in flour before placing in hot oil. Cook until browned and done. About 10 minutes.
