Bbq grilled potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced. (About 3 cups)2 Tbsp canola oilSalt and pepper to taste; any other seasonings.
Directions
Peel and dice potatoes. Parboil (cook till slightly soft but not mushy), then drain. Toss with oil and salt or seasoning salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.

Place in a sturdy foil pouch, seal well and slide onto tray for support as you take it to the bbq. Cook about 10-15 minutes each side, turning carefully to avoid tearing the foil.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings, about 3/4 cup each.
