Meatless Taco Salad

Ingredients
Salad:9-12 oz. White Corn Tortilla Chips2-3 cups torn Romaine Lettuce1/2 head torn Iceburg Lettuce1 can any size black olives, sliced1-15oz can light red kidney beans1 cup taco style shredded cheddar1 cup fresh tomato, chopped1/4 cup sliced or chopped red onion (optional)Sauce:1/2 cup light Miracle Whip1/2 cup mild Ortega Taco Sauce
Directions
Put lettuce, tomato, onion, beans, & olives in a large salad bowl. Mix the Miracle whip with the taco sauce and stir into bowl. Just before serving add the tortilla chips and the cheese. Makes 6-8 servings.
