Barley & Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 cup quick cooking barley1 - 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained1 pint grape tomatoes, halved1 small red onion, finely chopped1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped1/4 cup fresh lemon juice2 T. extra virgin olive oil1/4 tsp. allspice
Directions
Prepare barley as per package directions. Add remaining ingredients. Stir gently and season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature or chill up to 2 hours.
