2 med. potatoes, diced small tsp. minced green pepper 3 baby carrots, diced small 1/3 stalk celery, diced small 2 cups chicken broth Tbs. lite Blue Bonnet Margerine Tbsp. dried onion flakes 2 slices Fit & Active 2% Milk American Cheese 1 cup Idahoan Mashed Potato Mix, dry 4 cups water 1/2 cup skim milk t3
Add potatoes, margerine & vegetables to water & chicken broth. Bring to a boil & reduce heat to medium. Cook approximately 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add mashed potato flakes a little bit at a time, while stirring to keep from lumping. Add cheese slices & milk. If too thick, add a little boiling water & stir, until the desired consistency.
