Easy Pan Fried Chicken

Ingredients
1 BLSL Chicken Breast (6oz)Kosher saltblack pepper1 Tbsp olive oil2 tsp parmesan cheese
Directions
Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste, let sit 15 minutes
Heat oil on med-high heat
Cook chicken until browned
Optional: Grate parmesan cheese over chicken and put under broiler until cheese is melted
