Rhubarb Custard Cake

Ingredients
1 box moist deluxe yellow cake mix12 oz diet 7-up4 cups rhubarb1/2 cup granulated sugar8 oz fat free evaporated milk
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350. Mix together cake mix and diet 7 up until combined. Pour into a greased 13x9 cake pan. Top the batter with the rhubarb, place over evenly. Sprinkle the sugar over the cake batter and rhubarb. Slowly pour the evaporated milk over the batter and rhubarb. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool for 15 or 20 minutes. Top with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
