Thai Kitchen Green Chili Rice with Chicken and Peas

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast1 15oz can of peas1 box of Thai Kitchen Green Chili and Garlic Rice1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
1. Cook rice according to box.
2. While rice is cooking, heat pan with olive oil over medium heat.
3. Cube chicken and season lightly with pepper and dash of salt. Start cooking in olive oil.
4. Cook chicken until lightly golden.
5. Drain and rinse peas. Fold into finished rice.
6. Add chicken.
7. Serve with your favorite asian sauces. Makes 4 servings.
*note: while entering nutritional info for rice, messed up on servings. Don't worry about that, just use one box.
