Ingredients
! medium onion, chopped2 Tbsp butter1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced2 Tbsp Pasta Herb Spice Blend (See Tips)1 15.25 oz can crushed or diced tomatoes 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken brothSalt to taste
Directions
Saute 1 chopped onion in butter until lightly browned. Add mushrooms and spice blend to taste. Stir until mushrooms are soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and wine or chicken stock. Simmer until thickened. Serve over selected entree such as pasta, meat or vegetables.

Serving Size: 8 - 1/2-cup servings - more or less depending on entree
