2 Eggs1/2 Cup Sugar1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream1 Cup Milk1tsp Vanilla Extractpinch of salt
Whip eggs with hand mixer for 2 minutes. Add sugar and continue whipping for 1 minute. Add cream, milk, vanilla, and salt. Mix until combined. Chill in fridge for about an hour. Churn in ice cream machine for 20 minutes or until thick and smooth.
