Crock Pot Orange Chicken Recipe

5 chicken breast ( boneless, skinless ) 1 cup orange marmalade 1 cup barbeque sauce ( I used Sweet Baby Ray's ) 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Spray your crock pot with oil and place your chicken inside.
Mix the marmalade, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce together.
Pour over the chicken and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours
When it is done cooking, shred the chicken and put it back in the sauce.
Serve over cooked rice or quinoa. Could even be put in a bun and turned in to a sandwich.
Serving Size: Makes 10 servings (about 1/2 a chicken breast per person).
