Chicken, Mushroom, Artichoke bake

1 12oz can marinated artichoke hearts (not drained)5 garlic cloves3 lrg chicken breasts2 cups white mushrooms1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Chop up garlic and mushrooms.
3. Place garlic, mushrooms and marinated artichoke hearts (with juices/not drained) in a saute pan and let simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.
4. Cut 3 large chicken breasts (thawed) in half and place in the bottom of a baking dish.
5. Take artichoke, mushroom, garlic mixture and pour over chicken in baking dish.
6. Place in oven for 20 minutes uncovered.
7. Take out of oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
8. Place back into oven, covered in foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
9. Enjoy!
