Denise's Meat-free Sauce

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped1 large green pepper, chopped1 Tablespoon olive oil1 8 ounce can mushroom pieces1 14.5 ounce can Hunts Fire-Roasted tomatoes1 28-29 ounce can tomato puree1 6 ounce can tomato paste1 package Boca Veggie Ground Crumbles1 tablespoon salt2 tablespoons basil1 tablespoon oregano2 tablespoons parsley1 tablespoon fennel seed1 tablespoon garlic
Directions
In a large pan, saute onion, pepper and mushrooms in olive oil until onion is translucent.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer slowly for about and hour.Taste for salt and adjust to taste. Serve over pasta or veggies.
