Ingredients
1 cup red cabbage chopped1 cup snap peas1 red pepper chopped1 cup cucumbers chopped1 carrot chopped1 cup uncooked quinoa (rinsed)cooked with 2 cups of waterdressing1/4 cup soy sauce1 tablespoon sesame oil1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar1/4 cup cilantro1/2 teaspoon grated ginger1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes1 tablespoon sesame seeds1/3 cup chopped green onions
Directions
cook quinoa. dump hot quinoa right on top of the chopped vegetables, toss with dressing.
