Ingredients
Ingredients: Fennel seed, 0.25 tsp Oregano, ground, 0.50 tsp Smoked Paprika, 0.25 tsp Salt, 3 dash Garlic, 1/2 tsp Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup Egg white, fresh, 2 large Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 0.25 tsp Fit & Active Lean Ground Turkey 93/07 4oz, 5 serving (20 oz pack) minced onion, 1 tbsp Publix Greenwise Mild Italian Chicken Sausage, 20 oz casings removed Sage - Fresh, 0.30 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Place meat into a large mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well with your hands, working the spices into the meat.
Form the mixture into 30 / 1.5 ounce balls and bake at 325 20-25 for minutes

Serving Size: Makes appx 30 Ounce and a half meatballs. 55 calories each.
