Apple Kheer (Indian Apple Pudding)

Ingredients
500 g (1.1 lb) Apples , pureed1 tbsp (10 g) Cornflour3 cups (600 ml) 22 fl oz Skimmed milk4 tsp (20 g) Raisins 1 tsp (2 g) Green cardamom powdera pinch Nutmeg powder
Directions
1. Dissolve the cornflour in skimmed milk. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Cook for a few minutes till the milk thickens slightly.

2. Add apple puree, raisins, green cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder. Stir gently for a few minutes till the apple puree is cooked.

3. Serve chilled.
