Mexican Flax and Cheese Crackers - Low Carb

.5 cup flax seed meal.5 cup coconut flour.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese.5 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese1.5 tsp onion powder1.5 tsp cumin1 tsp chili powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp saltabout 7/8 cup water
preheat oven to 250
mix all ingredients well
cut aluminum foil to just fit sheet tray
spray well with non stick cooking spray
roll out dough to fit cut foil
score with sharp knife,pastry wheel or pizza cutter to make fairly uniform 1.5 x 1.5 squares
bake low and slow in 250 degree oven checking every 15-20 mins until very lightly brown, removing pieces as they begin to brown.
Serving Size: makes approx 60 1.5 inch square crackers 10 per serving
