Baked Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients
4oz unsweetened applesauce cup1/2 cup granulated sugar2 large eggs1 1/4 cup 2% milk1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder3 cups old fashioned oats1 ripe banana, mashed 2 tsp packed brown sugar1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Beat together the applesauce and sugar. Mix in eggs, milk, salt, baking powder and oatmeal. Mix in mashed banana. Pour into a lightly greased 8x8" pan.
3. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle evenly over the top.
4. Bake until firm, 30 to 35 minutes, depending on your oven.
