Broccoli Frittata

7 eggs, large1 T water2 t pepper1 t salt1 T chili powder3 T Worcestershire1 cup fresh broccoli, diced1 cup frozen onion, diced1 cup frozen green bell pepper, diced1 T extra virgin olive oil1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
In a medium skillet, heat Worcestershire to medium-low temperature. Add broccoli, onion, and bell pepper. Season with chili powder, salt, and 1 t pepper. Sauté until onions are lightly browned.
Grease a 9x9 baking dish with olive oil, making sure to coat entire dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and water together. Season with remaining pepper. Add vegetable mixture to eggs and stir well to combine. Pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle top of frittata with shredded cheese. Bake for 35 minutes or until eggs are completely set and edges are crispy brown.
