Easy Veggie Beef Soup

Ingredients
10 oz lean ground beef1 14 oz can tomatoes, no salt added1 6oz can tomato sauce, no salt added1 packet Lipton Onion soup mix1 15 oz can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed2 1/2 cups water1 tbsp olive oil (optional)1 tbsp oregano1 tbsp garlic powder1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Brown the ground beef
Mix all ingredients in a 3 quart sauce pan
Heat on medium for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally

Makes at least 4 (hearty) 8oz - 10oz servings
