Ingredients
1.5 c white flour1/2 tsp salt1/2 c vegetable shortening5-6 Tbsp ice-cold waterMore flour as needed for rolling.
Directions
Sift dry, cut in shortening, stir in water, only until the dough holds together.

Roll and bake as directed.
