Stuffed Peppers with Ground Turkey

1 lb Ground Turkey4 Bell Peppers1 Zucchini, diced1 Yellow squash, dicedDiced Tomatoes, 1 canShredded Cheese, 1.5 cupsSalt PepperGarlic
Preheat the oven to 350
Brown the turkey with salt pepper and garlic. Add the zucchini squash and tomatoes and cover.
Cut and remove the seeds from the bell peppers. Cut them in half and lay them down like bowls.
Once mostly cooked, remove the filling from the pan and layer over the bell peppers.
Place in oven, covered, for 20 min or until veggies are done.
During last 5-10 min of cooking, add shredded cheese to melt
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
