Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup (as much as you want)Shiitake Mushrooms, 1 cup pieces Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 cup, chopped or slicedYellow (any colored) Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 3 serving onion, 1 serving Garlic, 10 clove Italian Spice, 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Fried all onions and peppers and garlic...Then add mushrooms (all types)...Add spice to taste...Fresh is best but what ever you have around. Add tomatoes and a lid to the frying pan and let cook until juicy.

Note: I use all kind of mushrooms and fry in a bit of olive oil.

I use a cup with a 1/2 of cup of noodles. It is filling.
