Beet & Turkey Sliders

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 1/2 cups roasted beets, grated1/2 cup caramelized onion (about 1 medium onion, cooked down)1 tablespoon thyme (or to taste)1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and form into 12 patties.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil to a medium skillet.
Cook 6 patties without disturbing for 4 - 5 minutes on each side.
Add the other tablespoon of oil to the skillet if needed.
Cook the remaining patties without disturbing for 4 - 5 minutes per side.



Serving Size: Makes 12 1.5 - 2 ounce patties
