Ingredients
Spinach, fresh 3 cupsOlive Oil 1/4 cupGarlic (to taste)
Directions
Saute garlic in olive oil in pan on stove until softened and golden. Add spinach, mix well and turn off heat. Spinach will wilt. Serve with black pepper ground on top.
