Ingredients
1/4 cup soy flour3/4 cup almond flour1/8 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1/3 cup egg substitute or 2 eggs1/3 cup water2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat muffin pan with cooking spray. Mix ingredients, divide evenly into 6 muffin cups. Bake 10-15 minutes til lightly browned.
