12 Eggs1 lb ground pork1 lb ground veal2 tsp salt1.5 tsp ground black pepper4 tsp sage2 tsp thyme1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1/2 tsp garlic1/2 tsp savory
Boil the eggs.
Cool and peel the eggs
Combine pork and veal.
Add salt and other spices to the meat.
Divide the meat into 12 portions and wrap around the eggs.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 - 35 minutes
