Michele's Healthy Coleslaw

Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia)Onions, raw, 1 largeCarrots, raw, 3 small (5-1/2" long)Garlic, 3 tsp*apple cider vinegar, 1.25 cup*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbspDill weed, dried, 4 tbspMayonnaise, regular (mayo), 3 tbsp*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 4 tsp
Shred cabbage and grate Carrots. Put in a large bowl with room to mix :o) Toss with Dill until it coats all of the cabbage.
In a food processor, blend onions, garlic with vinegar, olive oil mayo and Splenda. Pour mixture over cabbage and toss well until fully coated.
Refrigerate for several hours so that all flavors incorporate.
Serving Size: makes approximately 12 1-cup servings
