1 Mission whole wheat tortill, 8 inch2 Tbsp. hummus6 Cherry tomatoes, sliced1 mini red sweet pepper diced1 small mushroom slicedmixed salad green, spring mix1 small dill pickle sliced
1. Spread hummus on tortilla
2. Sprinkle with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, greens, and pickle.
3. Roll tortilla up and cut in half for easier eating.
