1lb Ground Beef 93% LeanI can Kidney beans dark red1 can Black Beans 1 can Pinto Beans3 Bell Peppers (green, red and/or yellow)1 can Diced Tomatoes 1 small can tomato pasteHot sauce (as much as you like)BBQ Sauce (as much as you like)1 medium onion1 can of sweet corn3 fresh jalapenos2 tbsp chopped carlic (fresh or jar))Chili powder (to taste)Cayenne pepper (to taste)Season to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, etc)
* Cook meat until brown
* Drain and rinse beans
* Drain corn
* Chop all vegetables
* Add all of the above to slow cooker
* Add hot sauce and BBQ sauce
* Add seasonings
* Stir
* Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours
