- Canned, Diced Tomatoes - about 5.5cups/1330mL (I used Blue Menu, No Salt Added, President's Choice, 796mL can and Aylmer Accents Garlic & Olive Oil, 540mL can)- Old El Paso chopped green chilies, 2 cans / 16 tbsp - 1 Cucumber (with peel), seeded and chopped- 0.5 Yellow Pepper, seeded and chopped - Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped - Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp, chopped (or more if you love the flavour!)- Lime Juice, 0.75 lime yields- Garlic, 3 cloves, diced- Salt, 2 tsp, & Pepper, 1 tsp (or to taste)
Chop veggies, mix it all together, chill and serve!
