Kim's Easy Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1/2 c chopped onion1 Tb olive oilcurry powder to taste2 c vegetable broth540 ml can lentilswater to make 6 cups
Directions
Soften onion in oil. Add curry powder then broth and potatos. Simmer until potatos are nearly done, then add lentils (drained). When cooked, add enough water to make 6 cups total.
