Cheese Cake

Ingredients
Crust:¾ cup to 1 cup butter, softened 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup almond flour 1/3 graham cracker crumbs 2 cup sifted all-purpose flour Cheese Cake:1/8 cup Truvia or baking & ¼ cup sugar 16 ounces cream cheese 2 cap full lemon juice 4 tablespoons milk 2 egg + 2 egg white4 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. To make Pastry: Cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the flours and stir until mixture becomes crumbly.
3. Press pastry mixture into 8-inch square pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool on rack.
4. To make Filling: Beat together the truvia & sugar and eggs till fluffy add cream cheese and vanilla beat until smooth. Stir milk, lemon juice, mix well. Spread filling mixture over baked crust.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool on wire rack and refrigerate. Serve with fruit.
