Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Quinoa (1/4 C dry = 1/2 C), 0.5 cup *Pork, fresh, ground, raw, 16 oz Egg white, large, 3 serving 1/2 cup diced onion (your choice of onion type)3 to 4 cloves of garlic1 tsp Cheyenne pepper1 tsp paprika1 tsp pepper(black or white or mixture of both)1 tsp oregano1 tsp parsley1 tsp thyme1 tsp cinnamonadd a dash of salt if desired
prepare quinoa for as instructed for 1/2 cup dry = 1 cup cooked let cool
mix cooked quinoa & pork with eggs & spices
roll in to golf ball size balls and place on greased cookie sheet bake at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes should be golden brown Should make 15 balls perhaps a bit more.
