Mary's Creamed Chipped Beef low fat

Ingredients
4 cups lowfat milk3 oz Esskay Chipped Beef. 98% fat free1/2 cup white flour4 TBS unsalted butter / or smart balance1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Melt butter
Chop Chipped Beef add to butter
cook until edges start to curl
Add 1 /4 cup flour to mix and cook for a few minutes .Stirring constantly
Add Milk & Pepper and simmer until thickened.
10 minutes

Note: you can add 2 TBS to make it thicker, but that add calories
