Orzo Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 package of Orzo Pasta1 can of Artichoke hearts in water, quartered1 can of sliced black olives1 bag of Fresh Express Baby Kale Mix20 grape tomatoes, quartered8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled(optional) pine nuts
Directions
Cook orzo according to package instructions. Add Kale mix while the orzo is still warm, wilting the greens slightly. Add remaining ingredients, saving feta for last. For best results, allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding the feta.
