Ingredients
Asparagus, fresh, 24 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.5 cup*Great Value Fancy Shredded Parmesan Cheese, 2 oz*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .25 cup
Directions
trim and wash asparagus. dredge through flour. pull through eggs. Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan. after pulling through eggs, roll in breadcrumb mixture. place on wire rack on baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 7-15 minutes or until golden brown.
