Spicy Sweet Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken tenders, cut into bite size pieces1 t Chinese five-spice powder1 T Canola Oil2 Garlic cloves, minced1/2 C low-sodium chicken broth1 1/2 T maple syrup1 t Chili paste1 Green onion, chopped
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with salt and five-spice powder- toss to coat.

Heat oil over high heat in skillet. Add chicken, cook until browned, stirring frequently- 3-4 min. Add garlic and cook about 1 min- stirring frequently.

Add next 3 ingredients to skillet. Boil until reduced slightly, about 3-4 minutes. Serve over rice (not included in calculations). Sprinkle with green onion.
