4 cups Vegetable or Chicken Broth1 cup Water2 tsp Knorr Won Ton Sop Mix2.5 cups Carrots, sliced20 g Leeks, chopped3/4 cup Broccoli, chopped3/4 cup Cauliflower, chopped1 small stalk Celery, chopped3 large Mushrooms1 can Eastern Star Stir Fry Vegetables1 cup Bok Choy, shredded24 Mini Wontons
Bring Broth, Water and Won Ton Soup Mix to a low boil in a large pot. Add Carrots, Leeks, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery and Mushrooms and cook 15 min. Add Eastern Star Stir Fry Vegetables (including liquid) and continue cooking for 10 min. Add Mini Wontons and Bok Choy to the pot. Simmer 1 - 2 minutes and serve.
