BLT ranch pasta salad

Ingredients
1 package barilla white fiber shells6 slices turkey bacon1 bunch spinach1 can low sodium diced tomatoes1 can low sodium chickpeas (drained)1 bag frozen mini broccoli florets4 tbsp light mayo6 tbsp plain greek yogurt1 package ranch dip mix
Directions
Boil water. Add pasta and frozen broccoli. Cook for approx 6 minutes or until al dente.

Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet and then dry on a paper towel in the freezer to cool.

Mix together mostly drained tomatoes, ranch seasoning, mayo and greek yogurt.

Drain pasta and broccoli and rinse in cold water. Add to sauce along with chickpeas and crumbled bacon. Stir gently.
