Asian Turkey Sausage Patties - Mini

Ingredients
20 oz. ground turkey, extra lean2 stalks celery (7-1/2 - 8" long each), chopped5 medium baby carrots, shredded1/4 c. chopped onions3 Tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium1 tsp. ground ginger1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly to blend flavors.
Cook over medium heat in a skillet with a scant tablespoon olive oil or grapeseed oil until browned on one side. Turn over; continue cooking until browned and cooked through. Add oil as needed to keep patties from sticking to pan.

Serving Size: Makes 18 patties.
