Lentil/Barley Soup

Ingredients
Barley, pearled, cooked, 4 cup Lentils, 1.5 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 4 serving Vegetable stock 4 cupsMushrooms, 2 cup pieces
Directions
Pre-soak barley and lentils. Throw all but mushrooms in slow cooking and cook on low heat for 4 hours. Toss in mushrooms in last 15-20 minutes. Season to taste.
Very Filling.
