Ingredients
Portobello Mushrooms Caps, Balsamic Vinegar, Tamari, Dried Rosemary, Dried Thyme, Dried Oregano, Black Pepper, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Marinate Mushrooms in Vinegar, tamari, and herbs for at least 1/2 hour - Cook in 1 TBSP olive oil on both sides - top side first. - add marinade to an after flipping mushrooms and cook marinade down.
