1 brick cream cheese (room temperature)1 egg beaten2 tbsp sour cream1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup bacon bits (I used Kirkland brand)1/4 cup chopped green onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and egg together using a hand mixer. Mix in the remaining ingredients by hand. On parchment lined baking sheets, drop mounds of the mix, 1 TBSP each. Bake for 15 minutes or until set. The snacks will feel springy to the touch when done. They shouldn't really brown at all.
